This beautiful hand turned crochet hook is made from Straw and Star Flowers and a Spruce Cone cast in Clear resin with your choice of exotic wood ends. The hooks are shaped with a larger handle to relieve stress on the hand and wrist when crocheting. They also have an Ergonomic shape that fits nicely in the hand.

Because this hook is handcrafted there will be variation in appearance, grain, size and color. While there are slight variation the basic Ergonomic shape is maintained. No two handcrafted hooks will be the same!

Straw Flowers are part of a flower group known as "everlasting flowers." The flowers in this group, which retain their color after drying, have been used for centuries in flower arrangements that last for years. Yellow, orange, red, pink, burgundy, white or purple can be found in straw flowers and, like all everlasting flowers, the colors will remain vivid after drying.
