Description
Bowl number 7683 is a hand turned bowl made from Red Mallee Burl Cap. Each of my bowls are signed, numbered and dated (year). They are finished with a friction polish that's applied while still on the lathe.
This bowl measures 6 1/2" by 5" across and is 1 3/4" high.
This Australian Burl is a natural edge bowl and is down right beautiful. Being a burl, cracks and voids are normal and not defects! That said this bowl is dry and stable.

This bowl is absolutely stunning and truly a work of art. It’s perfect as a standalone decorative piece and also functions beautifully for holding a center-pull yarn cake. I’m already looking forward to adding more to my collection in the future!
